As promised, here I am to tell you about todays adventure in style!
The morning started with Dora Bloom (Assisting Stylist) and I going through all the accessories we had collected for todays project. Reaching out to some of the best in the biz for kids trend wear, Devlish Angelz (located in Yorkville). Its was a lot of their stuff that brought the rock star out in this humble performer.
As usual there was no way this day was going to start without my Starbucks latte and Chocolate Chip Cookie, for those of you that know me personally, you know this is my must have before starting any day for me.
Loaded arm to arm with accessories and lattes, Dora and I proceeded our walk through Liberty Village in search of a neon sign (which by the way is only neon at night lmao... Love you Lisa) to begin our set up for this afternoons project.
With everything in order, all we had left to do is wait for the little guy to arrive. As soon as Diego walked in, he introduced himself to everyone on location, talk about a budding professional. Yay Diego!
Dying to bring him over to the wall of accessories, and after hearing of his love for scarves and glasses. We loaded the set up with as much as we could of each so he could have just as much fun as Dora I had setting it up.
Now that all the outfits are approved, we move in to hair and make up, as Malakia (Art Director), Markus (photographer) Dora and I walk through the building to see where we are gonna shoot this thing. After finding two locations and also the option to shoot in studio, we were set for set :)
By far my top pieces were the Scotch Shrunk "Guitar Print" hoodie, the Ben Sherman wind breaker and the Geox herring bone hodded blazer, this kid looked impeccable! One thing is for sure, when we are called on again to dress up Diego, my first stop will definitely be Devlish Angelz <3
We all had an unbelievable afternoon, and are so looking forward to seeing the final product!
Once again, kick ass job team!
Much love <3
